THE GOAL
This two-year-long project was a collaborative effort between several family members. The end goal was to take all of the research, documents, and stories of our family history and put them into one place, a beautiful heirloom book that can be passed down for future generations.
THE STRATEGY
The idea of creating this book formed out of our love of genealogy and curiosity about past generations. This project took years of research, collecting information, and monthly meetings. We delved into hundreds of documents, toured cemeteries, and combed through Ancestry.com to trace back the family lineage as far as possible.
THE OUTCOME
This book has become one of the most rewarding, satisfying, and important projects I have designed.
I have grown a deeper appreciation, not only for the generations that came before me, but for the lives they lived and the impact they still make to this day.
